Doctors been great.

Overall extremely positive with engagement and information. Only one doctor we avoid. A couple of admin staff need better training.

Very poor booking system and GP availability chronic. Under resourced. Run for benefit of partners. If new to area sign up elsewhere.
Takes too long to get through on phone

Can never book an emergency appointment for after 5’oclock, you have to wait till lunchtime and hope all the appointments before then have gone. Really annoying when you work.

I’ve never had a bad experience. Whenever I’ve spoken to a doctor they’ve always listened (I can’t say the same for other surgeries I’ve been to). The phone waiting times can be frustrating and online bookings can go quickly, but it’s worth it for me personally to be able to see competent and engaged doctors.

During these past turbulent months the surgery has been very responsive and adaptable. Was able to e-mail prescription request which was forwarded to pharmacy so only needed to go out once to collect.
