Chester Road Surgery

They are great but they keep trying to send me to Bosworth. The doctors are all okay but I never see the same one which is something they could improve.

They keep trying to send me to Bosworth Medical Centre and I don't want to as it's much further away. They don't always accommodate my request to be seen here and even if I am I see a different doctor every time. This means they have to go through my medical history at the appointment which is quite complicated. I've also had things missed off my repeat prescriptions and they make no attempt to contact me about it.

This is a good surgery. The receptionists are approachable and helpful. The doctors are good but you never get to see the same one. I also get offered appointments at Bosworth a lot which just isn't convenient for where I live.

They aren't too bad, getting appointments can be a hassle sometimes though. Calling was easier before COVID and I recently lost my phone so couldn't call to get an appointment. The doctors are okay and so are the receptionists.

I can get appointments when I need them and the doctors are okay.

It is a lot easier to get appointments now than it used to be. I have no issues with them. The doctors are good and the receptionists are very approachable.

The surgery itself is totally fine. Phoning up at 8am can be difficult though and you can't book in advance. The doctors are fine but you don't see the same one each time. I have no issues with the care they provide it's just the booking system.

The receptionists here a very friendly and helpful.

I struggle to get appointments but don't fault the surgery. I'm happy with the care I receive once I'm in.

They're great. I can always get an appointment when I need one. The doctors and staff in general are all good too.
