My experience of this surgery has been okay.
A bit hit and miss

I have found the service to be rather hit and miss since Chester Road merged with Bosworth Medical Centre. I attend both surgeries, but find it difficult getting through on the telephone. When I do get through I struggle to hear them because I am deaf.

Refused to send me for x-ray

I have been seen every 3 months for issues with my lungs but they have refused to send me for an x-ray twice now despite my concerns.
Poor communication from doctors

I waited all day for a call that never came. I phoned up and they told me that the doctor should have left a message but this wasn't the case. I have also received no follow up regarding a test I recently had done on my lungs.

I am happy with the service provided here. I am sometimes given appointments at their sister surgery but that's not a problem.
Diabetes nurse was very good

The nurse I saw during my recent diabetes check up was very good. The reception staff were helpful and in general I have no problems getting repeat prescriptions.
Don\'t believe I need oxygen tank

I know that I need additional oxygen but have been told by this surgery that my oxygen levels are fine and they won't supply it. I am going to have to buy it myself as a result.
Lovely, caring surgery

This is a lovely, caring surgery and the receptionists are lovely. It can be hard to get appointments though and it sometimes feels like you are penalised for working.

This surgery is good. The doctors are very thorough, they listen to my concerns and keep me well informed.
