Was there an hour early and I got seen right away due to other members of public not arriving at their appointments.

Can sometimes be difficult to get through but always manage to get an appointment and speak to the gp.

well organised. would have been in and out within a few minutes if i didnt have allergies so was sat where they could keep an eye on me but thankfully was ok.

The security guard was very helpful, perfectly socially distanced queuing inside and outside, I was sent straight in, no queuing inside the building. The ladies were lovely and friendly, I think it always helps when the staff are friendly.

Can’t get an appointment

Have tried for days to get a routine appointment. I ring at 8.30am and 2pm. Every time I’m on hold for at least 30 mins and then when I get through they have nothing left except for ‘emergencies’ it’s impossible to get a routine appointment which is still a necessary one but not classed as an emergency.

Our daughter (4) was having issues with wetting after having been free of nappies for a very long time. Concerned, I called up. They refused to see her in the flesh and just issued an antibiotic prescription. I spoke of my concern over this so they said to start her on the course and take in a urine sample. Nearly 3 weeks later I get the results - no infection all is fine. We were told to stop the antibiotics (I didn't start them!). I asked for further help only to be told there isn't any as COVID has prevented it!!

Can never get a appointment on line appointment unavailable I was on the phone from 8/30 message saying unable to take your call because if to busy then phone back and in a line of 10 people by this time it’s 9/20. When I do speak to someone who tells me got no appointment I suffer with a illness that when I phone to speak to doctor I need to speak to doctor and I gone through two lockdown I tried to speak to doctors and I give up then my illness doesn’t get better and I end up stressing I then finally get to speak to someone after again waiting in line of ten people before me. I had to insist that I needed to speak to a doctor they went away from phoned come back and said ok. They phone you sometime the morning I said thank you I waited for the phone call spoke to a nurse who was very nice but as I told her all of the above I needed to speak to my doctor not a nurse but I did get sorted out but I should’ve have had to be put through all this stress when I am unwell and I know that they busy but they have took to many people on and not enough doctors I been with this doctors for over 30 years and can’t even speak to my doctor when I am ill.
