Can’t get an appointment

Have tried for days to get a routine appointment. I ring at 8.30am and 2pm. Every time I’m on hold for at least 30 mins and then when I get through they have nothing left except for ‘emergencies’ it’s impossible to get a routine appointment which is still a necessary one but not classed as an emergency.

No care and never any appointments

Our daughter (4) was having issues with wetting after having been free of nappies for a very long time. Concerned, I called up. They refused to see her in the flesh and just issued an antibiotic prescription. I spoke of my concern over this so they said to start her on the course and take in a urine sample. Nearly 3 weeks later I get the results - no infection all is fine. We were told to stop the antibiotics (I didn't start them!). I asked for further help only to be told there isn't any as COVID has prevented it!!

Can never get a appointment on line appointment unavailable I was on the phone from 8/30 message saying unable to take your call because if to busy then phone back and in a line of 10 people by this time it’s 9/20. When I do speak to someone who tells me got no appointment I suffer with a illness that when I phone to speak to doctor I need to speak to doctor and I gone through two lockdown I tried to speak to doctors and I give up then my illness doesn’t get better and I end up stressing I then finally get to speak to someone after again waiting in line of ten people before me. I had to insist that I needed to speak to a doctor they went away from phoned come back and said ok. They phone you sometime the morning I said thank you I waited for the phone call spoke to a nurse who was very nice but as I told her all of the above I needed to speak to my doctor not a nurse but I did get sorted out but I should’ve have had to be put through all this stress when I am unwell and I know that they busy but they have took to many people on and not enough doctors I been with this doctors for over 30 years and can’t even speak to my doctor when I am ill.

Queue outside was long, not enough information given as to what process was or who was giving the injection stated Dr on letter that was shoved in my hand but it was not given by a Dr.

There are never any appointments available and the surgery is always empty - no patients waiting and telephone waiting time is a joke.

Impossible to get an appointment.

Even telephone appointments are all taken months ahead. Queuing on the phone to get an emergency appointment is so outdated.

Try and get an appointment, You have to predict when you are going to be Ill, joke. Never get seen, Absolutely shocking
