Fast moving queue under cover, instructions clear of where to go, swift delivery of vaccine (very gentle too), all very swift and easy.

Staff and volunteers were all very friendly and professional. Based on the volume of vaccines they are doing, it would be easy to be treated like a factor process. Instead, I was made to feel welcome and treated as an individual.

The practice have clearly gone above and beyond to deliver the vaccine to the local residents with safety in mind. Together with the Balsall Common and Berkswell Lions volunteers, it is very well organised, lots of safety measures in place and they give you lots of information and guidance.

Impressed that we were phoned at 4.45 to say that if we could get to the surgery within half an hour we would be inoculated. Earlier than we would have expected to have been called.
