Sent to Monkspath when I needed a doctor. Good job I could drive there

I have no problems at all getting an appointment. Reception staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The doctors are good.

I had a phone call appointment and I sent photos of my knees, GP called back and made face to face appointment and diagnosed with Bakers cyst. I was happy with the treatment. I take tablets for epilepsy and I have faced difficulties getting the GP to change my prescription because the pharmacy does not stock my original tablets anymore.

The response from this service is amazing, the doctor will give you a call back when he misses your call. They were very reliable during covid.

The practice is very good overall, I have no problems getting an appointment when I need one.

The surgery is good. I can always get through to reception. Since COVID, the doctors do not want to see you face to face. I was getting pain in the ovaries so the nurse advised me to see the doctor for HRT treatment to see what she could do. I asked the nurse to do an appointment but she put me through to the doctor to call. When I spoke to the doctor they refused to give me HRT treatment and instead gave me steroid cream only. GP now not interested in what the patients concern is or care about their needs. Anything that is discussed is swept under the carpet. Not recently had any medication reviews. I did used to see a GP before about it. Few years ago it was brilliant with the service and care they provided.

Really good experience during illness period last year. Really good on follow up after a surgery.

Referrals were made via docs but we have had to make repeat reminders and requests to hospital and so on. However they are excellent with my mothers prescription requests. Almost same day every time.

A consistently professional, friendly and reliable service. I have always been able to get an appointment when needed for myself and my children and am very grateful for the kind and knowledgeable doctors, nurses and receptionists.
