Can always get in and the staff are polite
November 13, 2024
This service is very good. The staff are very polite and were very supportive after my husband died. I don't go often but I can always get appointments when I need them. I do see different doctors each time but I quite like being able to get different opinions from them.
Didn\'t consider my disability
November 13, 2024
I was given an appointment upstairs despite my disability and they were very rude when I let them know I couldn't get up there. I also find it hard to get repeat prescriptions from them and have had to go 4 days without any medication before.
My concerns are not taken seriously!
September 28, 2024
There is a lack of continuity of care because there are lots of locum doctors at the surgery. I have had issues with the contraceptive pill and I have not felt like the doctors have listened to my concerns. I feel like I am being fobbed off and not taken seriously because of my age.
Supportive GP's who offered counselling

St Margarets Medical Practice are a very good surgery. I have felt supported by my GP with my mental health. I was referred for counselling but my GP offered counselling check in sessions while I wait for the counselling to come through.

This practice is good. The doctors are good and I have no problems with the appointment booking system. The staff are fine and they have been quite good with my little girl.
Given antibiotics for insect bite

I visited this service for an infected insect bite. I was able to get antibiotics here after this was refused at Solihull UTC.

Untreated medical condition since 2022
June 26, 2024
I have been suffering with hydrosis for many years. In 2015 I started to experience night sweats which then developed in my hands, armpits and feet. Between my GP and referrals to dermatology, no treatment has worked apart from Botox injections in my armpits. My feet sweating causes me severe issues every day. I now have multiple different GPs dealing with this and and there is conflict between them with all information only coming to me through text messages. When I have requested a phone call the GP calls me two hours early and then doesn’t call back at the time stated. Despite my suffering my GP does not help and each time I try to speak with them another GP involves themselves.

They have been excellent during my struggles with long covid. I could not ask for a better service.
I feel let down by my GP surgery
April 16, 2024
I feel very let down by my GP practice. I attended the surgery with pains in my legs and a bad headache and my concerns were dismissed. I ended up seriously unwell in hospital.
