It took 2 weeks from seeing the consultant to have the surgery I needed.

I paid to see a neurologist who was supposed to be an expert in headaches. I had very bad experience with NHS headache clinic and a consultant who diagnosed me the phone with no scan or exam so i paid to see someone. Dr Thomas was the consultant. He didn't listen, just like previous consultant. I keep telling them the issue is my neck. But they ignore me. He told me i needed occipital nerve block. It didn't work. Im £500 out of pocket and still in pain daily!
