Impossible to get referrals to Solihull Hospital!! I need not say more!!

Operation went well and after care too.

Hospital discharge needs to be managed well, ambulance waiting time is not great

Need A&E back in Solihull. It was a brilliant service

Need the A&E service to come back. it was accessible locally. the service was brilliant and you were not having to wait for long.

Very good services, very good continue treatment

The Solihull A&E was easy access and was 24/7 service that could be accessed without having to wait for GP, Paramedic, or having to contact NHS 111 Advice line.

Solihull A&E needs to be reopened as a service. Heartlands is too far to go and the service was better.

Visit Opthamology department in Solihull. The staff are very nice and service they provide is good. The wages and lifestyle should reflect this for the care they provide. I am getting the service. I get regular hospital appointments for my eye check up.
Gets a phone call or letter to advice of appointments that I need to attend.



Only negative feedback - there is no transport to getting to hospital. I have had to request the patient transport service to transport me to and from appointments.
