Depends who you get

This surgery has now moved and merged with Arran way surgery. Green lane surgery totally depends on who you get to see.

Very poor

The doctors basically Google the symptoms and tell you what Google says. If I rang up saying 'I think I've got a chest infection', they'd just take my word for it instead of checking.

Dr Thomas goes out of her way to help and a solution. She always explains things and is responsive to any queries

Said my son hadn’t got a virus, DR didn’t commucate very well to busy looking at his screen, next day son in hospital with a virus
