They are useless. They don't have GP's available all week as they rely on paramedics. You can never get an appointment. My son had chicken pox a week back and we couldn't get an appointment and were referred to the chemist. It's woeful.

They're doing a little better. It's not easy to have an appointment with them but they are getting better.

I am struggling to access my GP because of the costs I incur when calling them. I am on a low income and I am struggling financially, calling and being held in a queue uses all my credit and I am unable to call them. The GPs are ok when you get to see them, but you are usually seen by a locum doctor. I have been sent to another practice before and saw a locum there too.

The doctor wasted time to refer me to the hospital because there was never face to face appointment available. I am so sick of the GP never having any appointments left even when I call at 8am.

Can't get through on the phone, Can't set face to face appointment. I was given wrong medicines. I am supposed to have check ups as I have metal plates in my foot and arm but no appointment. They keep taking my number and no one calls back. [Dr Name], very snobbish and talks down on me.

GP not seeing me because I have a language barrier.

The service is good however one f the doctors is of considerably lower quality then the rest to the point I would avoid him when I can. He often doesn't seem to have urgency with which some situations should require
