Grafton Road Surgery

I have no problems with this surgery, I am very happy with the service they provide.

They are good for telephone appointments but it is very difficult to get seen face to face.

I recently tried to get an appointment here for a chest infection. I was unable to do so and had to go private for treatment. I have had to do this multiple times over the last year. I don't understand why it is so difficult to get appointments. When I call at 8am I am put in a long queue and cut off before I get through to anyone. When I have been able to get through I am regularly told there are no appointments. I have also noticed that the surgery is empty whenever I go in and there is no queue so would like to know what is causing this.

I can't get an appointment here when I need one. It has been like this since COVID when it was fine before. I start calling at 7:59am only to still end up in a long queue. Once you get through the doctors are okay but I recently had to wait for 2 weeks to see a doctor after finally getting through on the phone.

I have never had a problem getting an appointment and the doctors are lovely. I have not needed to visit for a while though.

I wanted a face to face appointment but wasn't offered one. It seems like they only offer you one if you go mad and really insist.

I am happy with the care provided by this service. I can usually get an appointment, they are not always on the same day but I am able to book them in advance

I recently moved to this surgery and am very happy with the service and accessing appointments.

They are useless. They don't have GP's available all week as they rely on paramedics. You can never get an appointment. My son had chicken pox a week back and we couldn't get an appointment and were referred to the chemist. It's woeful.

They're doing a little better. It's not easy to have an appointment with them but they are getting better.
