Reception staff extremely unhelpful and rude, it is not acceptable to be told call the badger clinic after we close!

Cant get appointment, can't get past receptionist haven't seen s doctor face to face for years

They went above & beyond to look after my son when he was ill.. hoping the will look after me when the cancer takes hold..WE WILL FIGHT THIS &wonghtbe beaten xx. Debbie cain

Always had good support from reception staff. I feel that they get stressed by workload sometimes but always try to be polite and friendly to patients. Nurse and HCA are both lovely.
GP support through pandemic has been really good.
Dr takes his time with patients but you feel like he cares. Needs a rocket up his bum sometimes but he is a good soul.
Some diagnoses have been too slow resulting in delays in treatment but generally, a good supportive practise.
No issues with getting appointments and I can always get through when I ring.

Receptionists are super helpful & doctors will call you back. Do think they need to be opening up though?

Staff are always helpful and dr Scott always follows up any issues or appointments along with Lisa who is extremely helpful with chasing referrals. All staff in my experience have been kind and helpful.

The nursing staff is amazing and made me feel so comfortable. The locum doctor was also really wonderful and really made me feel comfortable.

After recent blood tests uncovered some minor health issues, I was contacted straight away and treatment arranged that day. Dr Scott has been following up and taking an interest in being kept up with appointments from my consultant at Heartlands Hospital. It’s a very refreshing compared with my old GP practice

Some receptionists don’t like being bothered by patients phoning the surgery. Dr Scott’s answer to everything is “put some Savlon on it” like he has shares in the stuff.
