We continue to be alerted to concerns from SHP service users. We continuously monitor feedback and all concerns are shared with partners/stakeholders such as SHP, and Birmingham and Solihull CCG. We have raised concerns directly with SHP and we have also discussed with Councillors and raised concerns at local stakeholder meetings.
We visited SHP to meet CEO Steve New and raised complaints with him directly, we also plan to visit SHP call centre when restrictions allow.
We are currently planning discussions with all PCNS in Solihull, to discuss our latest report on access to GP services via technology.
