Thanks for this review. We are with Grove road surgery and the appointment booking has deteriorated since it became part of Solihull partnership. Booking an appointment is a major issue and I wasn’t able to get thru to anyone despite phoning 5 times on one occasion as apparently the queue was to long for me to wait and was prompted to call back. This time I managed to get thru but was offered a phone consultation with my own surgery after 2 weeks with a 3 hour call window. This a a way too long a window, when I am working myself. This review says that the call handling is better which is not my experience and the biggest problem still is getting an appointment.
