All GPS must offer face to face appointments and reception desks should be manned

NHS England have confirmed that from May 17th 2021, all GP surgeries should be offering face to face appointments, and reception desks should be manned and accessible to its patients. We are very aware of Solihull residents’ concerns over accessing their GP in person and we hope this announcement allays fears and empowers residents to access their GPs.
