A good service

I have had to call for an ambulance on a number of occasions because of a lifelong condition I have. The paramedics are always great. They transport me to hospital and take good care of me during the wait to get into A&E. Unfortunately the paramedics are unable to administer the medication I need and during one recent visit I spend over two hours waiting on the back of an ambulance before I could get into A&E for the correct medication.
