The paramedics were fantastic

I have had to use West Midlands Ambulance Service on a number of occasions with breathing difficulties due to COPD. The paramedics have always been fantastic, and have taken great care of me. On more than one occasion I have been taken to the hospital. My most recent experience was again very good, they attended and stabilised my breathing. They wanted to take me into hospital but I refused following past experiences in hospital that had not been good. They respected my wishes and gave me the best possible treatment they could before leaving.
