Paramedic staff were great and took care

I had a burst appendix last year in September. My mum had to call the paramedics when I managed to call her to advise her of the pain. The paramedic team were great, and they got to me within 10 minutes. They gave me morphine to aid with the pain and before they could start taking my BP reading or conducting any tests. Staff were friendly. When I was being taken into Heartlands hospital, The staff they kept checking if I was ok and kept me engaged through communication.
