Paramedics were brilliant and great service

My back had gone and I couldn't move in Dec 2021, I had severe pain. Phoned 999 for an ambulance early evening and within 10 minutes of the call, they had got to me. I was assessed during the visit, Paramedics were understanding and did their job thoroughly. I was blue lighted to the heartlands hospital. They kept engaging with me throughout the journey.
