Nightmare getting to appointment

I had an outpatient appointment here. It was a long way to travel and the parking was a nightmare. I had to navigate around the hospital myself which was a long distance to walk with my mobility problems. I then struggled to find my car after the appointment. I have no issues with the care but this was a nightmare.
