Poor new mothers support

I was not looked after well after I delivered my baby at the women hospital. I was left on my own and my birth partner did not know what to do himself. We asked for support and all they said was that we will get support when we go home from the health visitor. I was not giving any support with breastfeeding my baby. I had a caesarean section so it was very difficult for me to do anything.
