Excellent care from paramedics outside A&E

Took an elderly relative who we suspected had suffered from a stroke to the A&E department. We drove right up to the department and were assisted immediately by paramedics waiting outside by their ambulances. My relative was rushed straight in and received immediate care. It was a huge relief after being let down by the ambulance service and having to drive there from Solihull with someone who was clearly very unwell.
