UHB Heartlands Hospital


Poor communication

The ward cannot provide updates on the phone to next of kin. The sole next of kin lives in Surrey. I have to come in person to speak to a doctor who may or may not be available. To note, my father has no mental capacity and I have lasting power of attorney to make health decisions on his behalf.
