Organised with cardiac team prior to arrival

I made my own way to A&E due to cardiac issues and spoke to the cardiac team on the phone whilst en route. They told me they would come down and see me and I was admitted to the cardiac ward once I arrived. I waited an hour for the doctor to come and see me once I was admitted.
