UHB Heartlands Hospital



Good care but long waiting times for doctors

My recent experience at Heartlands Hospital A&E department was good despite the long waiting times. I was triaged quickly by a nurse after presenting with a cardiac symptoms. I was disappointed with how long I had to wait to see a doctor but my visit was during a busy bank holiday weekend so I can appreciate the pressure the department must have been under. I was happy with the care and treatment I received once I saw a doctor.
