Had to chase services to get follow up appointments

Residents from North Solihull are not treated well. There is difference in treatment compared to South Solihull. There is no provision of healthcare services like the residents in the South Solihull residents. As resident of North Solihull, we get treated like a dustbin. As residents of North Solihull, there are barriers on the level of health care that is provided to us and the quality of care and service. I have worked for NHS previously and in the days it was far better and the care was there. Now no NHS department has any fixed contracts and the health care provision has gone down hill. Recently was treated for heart condition. I am only just getting follow up appointments now after chasing. I had stopped taking my medication due to side affects that they were causing and it took a pharmacist to pick up on the issue. I received 3 scans whilst I was there. I received MRI scan and CT scan when after being discharged but since then no further follow ups.
