The Maple Leaf Centre


Good home assessment, harder to find centre

My experience of The Maple Leaf Centre has been mixed. I waited quite some time for my dementia referral and my first appointment was a home visit. This appointment went well. I have since been required to attend appointments at the setting. This has been difficult, it is quite a way to travel for me and the centre itself was very difficult to find.
