SHP - The Jacey Practice



Extremely difficult to contact

Since this GP has come under the SHP umbrella it has become extremely poor at look after it patients. 1 - it takes multiple try's to actually get through 2 - When you do get through then you can't get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe - quite often the receptionist are extremely rude and lack empathy (not all) - its as if you have a cheek to request an appointment 3 - You are passed to doctors from other surgeries who take no notice of any notes or your prior history. 4 - This merger of practices is not about providing the best Patient care it is simply about making money (greed) This used to be a fantastic surgery but has gone right down the pan since the merger.
