SHP - The Jacey Practice


Lack of continuity of care

My experience of SHP Jacey Practice has not been great. My concern is that there is a lack of continuity of care. You never see the same doctor, and communication is poor. The GP's only seem to work one day a week making it hard to request to see the same doctor because they never seem to be in. Being seen by new members of staff all the time means that they have no clue who you are and know nothing about your medical history and you find yourself having to constantly explain your health conditions over and over again, which takes up time, when your appointment time is already limited.
