SHP - The Jacey Practice



Difficult to get appointments

It is very had to get appointments, I attend the surgery in person because the telephone lines are so busy, but it is normal to be told to come back the next day because all the appointments have gone. You have to order repeat prescriptions via the SHP website which I find difficult. Parking at The Jacey Practice is also difficult with limited spaces and the road markings for the disabled bays are barely visible. The ramp space is is also a parking space and there are no signs.
