The Grove Residential Home (Solihull)


Exceptional and Outstanding level of care

The level of care at The Grove is simply outstanding. The Management, Michelle and Jayne, and each and everyone of the Staff go way beyond the call of duty in their dedication and commitment constantly demonstrated in their care for the residents. Simply put, it’s one big very happy extended family. How they have managed lockdown re Covid-19 has been nothing short of unquestionable dedication too. My sister and I, sadly have very recently lost our lovely 88 year old Mum (not Covid-19 related) who had been resident at The Grove for some 15 months. There are no words to describe the empathy and kindness given in end of life care and also the support given to us as a family has been simply wonderful. Michelle and Jayne and all of the staff really are the very best.
