The Friendly Inn



Poor service & very unhappy with care

I experienced a number of concerns with the service and care provided at this care home, so many that my elderly relative was moved from this home. The staff never answered the telephone or the buzzer when my family or I were trying to make contact either by the telephone or in person. Good levels of personal hygiene were not maintained, my relative was not showered regularly. They failed to offer support to my relative with feeding when they did not have the use of their hands and arms. When my family complained the staff were very defensive and argued with us in the setting with residents in the vicinity, which was very unprofessional.
