Chaotic

Couldn’t book a hygienist appointment as it was so busy! I was told they’d call me when one was available, I was left a voicemail saying they’d booked me in, I couldn’t do the date, first time I called I was left on hold, second time I was told they were busy they’d call me back, they didn’t. So when I tried to rebook I was told I couldn’t because I’d not turned up for the last one! You can’t make it up
