The Dentist Dorridge

Couldn’t book a hygienist appointment as it was so busy! I was told they’d call me when one was available, I was left a voicemail saying they’d booked me in, I couldn’t do the date, first time I called I was left on hold, second time I was told they were busy they’d call me back, they didn’t. So when I tried to rebook I was told I couldn’t because I’d not turned up for the last one! You can’t make it up

I am usually so nervous when attending appointments but you need not be here, their care and treatment is amazing.

Emma the dentist is excellent and very caring and her staff are lovely very welcoming and very professional.

All family members go here. All had a positive experience. Staff professional. Always on time.

We were transferred to The Dentist after our local dentist retired.
They are the best dentists I have ever been to. I never get nervous about going. We feel like family when we go. They treat you so well and are so friendly. I cannot fault any treatment we have had.
