The Castle Practice



Hard to get in and lose test results

They are not very good at all. I find it very hard to get appointments around work. I asked for an appointment at 8:30 so I could still get to work on time but I was not actually seen until 9:25. There is regularly nobody on reception and even when there is a big queue I have seen them only have one receptionist on. They've also lost results in the past and not shared them with me or anyone else so I have to keep going back for more tests.
