The Castle Practice



Very hard to access

My experience of The Castle Practice has been awful. I find it extremely hard to book appointments and I have only found one receptionist to be helpful. When you get appointments the surgery is always running late, and it's normal to be seen an hour after your appointment time. On one occasion I waited for four hours, I repeatedly approached reception to check they had booked me in and they told me they had. You have to order repeat prescriptions online or in person which is difficult around work. Accessing appointments around work is also difficult. On one occasion the doctor prescribed me medication that I should not have taken and I ended up in A&E.
