The Castle Practice


A good service but room to improve

The service offered by The Castle Practice is good, but getting an appointment is quite difficult for me because of a hearing impairment. I cannot hear very well over the telephone, and when I try and book online I don't get an appointment. I have to come down to the surgery in person to get an appointment. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but I usually have to wait up to two weeks for an appointment. The doctors are very good once you have the appointment.
