I struggle to get appointments

The online service is awful, I cannot get an appointment that way, it's difficult to get through on the phone line for appointments too. The only way I manage to get appointments is by attending the surgery at opening times, and even then an appointment is not guaranteed. I have recently been trying to get a medical form signed for my husband so that we can go on holiday and this has proved very difficult and it has been very frustrating. I have to attend for regular blood tests, that service is good, and I have no problems getting appointments for that.
