The Castle Practice


I can usually get an appointment when needed

It is very rare that I need to see the doctor but when I do, I can usually get an appointment. I am happy with this but the wait for your appointment once you're at the surgery is quite frustrating. I was seen over an hour late at my most recent appointment. The 10 minute time limit is also quite limiting and can make you feel quite rushed, particularly when you have sat waiting for an hour to be seen.
