The Castle Practice


No problems getting appointments

My experience of The Castle Practice is very good. I have no problems getting appointments when I need to see a doctor. The receptionists are very helpful and the doctors are very good. My only concern is the waiting times for appointments. It is rare that you are seen on time and I have experienced long waits of over 30 minutes past my appointment time. I understand that there are delays but if we arrive late we wont be seen so waiting times should be minimal.
