The Castle Practice



Impossible to make contact

If you work it is an extremely challenging to get any appointments. When I eventually did and had to have some tests. It took weeks for me to get the results as they just don’t answer the phone. This is not a service at all. This needs an urgent review. Luckily my tests for suspected cancer came back clear. Imagine with a number of weeks of failing to get an appointment and then a number of weeks failing to get through for results may have caused a terrible outcome. Simply if you work you have no chance of seeing a GP in any kind of reasonable timeline.
