My experience of the surgery has been good. I can usually get an appointment when I need one.

The level of care is very good, I have recently made appointments with the nurse on two occasions. At both appointments the nurse requested the presence of a GP due to concern, and ensured that I received a thorough examination with the opinion of a doctor.

I find the practice very good I never have any problems getting an appointment. The staff are wonderful and helpful and the doctors are generally very good.

I find it very annoying that to get an appointment you HAVE to tell the receptionist all the details before they decide whether you get to speak to a nurse, triage nurse or GP. I find it very hard to get an appointment sometimes with can take 2 to 3 weeks to get an appointment. When you see a doctor they are good, seeing them is the difficulty.

My experience here is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful and even when the appointments are all gone I can get a telephone consultation with a doctor. I am very happy with the service offered.

If you work it is an extremely challenging to get any appointments. When I eventually did and had to have some tests. It took weeks for me to get the results as they just don’t answer the phone. This is not a service at all. This needs an urgent review. Luckily my tests for suspected cancer came back clear. Imagine with a number of weeks of failing to get an appointment and then a number of weeks failing to get through for results may have caused a terrible outcome. Simply if you work you have no chance of seeing a GP in any kind of reasonable timeline.

Always helpful Gp,s all good, get appointments but sometimes have a wait, can only have late app due to work but very accommodating
