Had measurement for new shoes still waiting

Have been a client of Orthotics Dept. Solihull Hospital for 30+ yrs., was measured for new shoes 01/03/19 still waiting ( 7 months later) ! ! I am in severe pain/discomfort as my present shoes are at least two sizes too small for me. Present shoes are falling apart and are a tripping hazard and not fit for purpose etc
