No follow up appointments in eye department

I had pellet in my eyes as I have age macular degeneration. I was supposed to have new pellets every 4 months. Not had a visit since August. The department never phone with the next appointment until I call. Next appointment has been provided but that is only because i chased them. I am worried I am going to lose my eyesight. Ophthalmologist when you see them are good but it is the secretaries. They say they have not got any appointments when you ring them. The eye clinic liaison officer for the department Gerladine is brilliant and has been helpful in the past.
