Waited 2 years to get appointment

I was referred by the GP to the bone specialist because of pain which I was experiencing in my leg and wrist. It took 1.5 years just to be referred by the Dr and then it took a further 2 years to see the specialist at the hospital. On seeing the specialist, they surgeon advised that i required an operation. They provided follow up appointments after the operation took place and provide good after care service. I have rated them 4 stars because of the positive experience with the operation and care received was appointment was received.
