Pelvic issue not taken seriously during birth

Had a forced delivery with my first pregnancy I ended up suffering problems with my pelvis. The issue should have been known but I was fearful that the issue was not going to be taken seriously by any health professionals during my 2nd pregnancy. I had to have forceps delivery and since then I have an incontinence problem. It is 3 years in and I cant do any activities or experiences because no one has examined me. I have received no scans. When I had a coil fitted by the recommendation of umbrella service and GP in Birmingham. I have now been referred to gynecologists in Solihull by the Gynecologist from Birmingham GP. No one checks on your health once the pregnancy has taken place.
