Outpatient appointments were not good.
A few years ago I was under the rheumatology department at the hospital for pain management treatment for my Fibromyalgia. The outpatient appointments were not good. One doctor was rude. The doctor asked what I had. I answered and then said "Well there you go". The doctor made you feel like it was a condition of the mind and not body due to the way I was made to feel. I received appointments every 6 months. Because the department was not treating me well I requested to be transferred to the city hospital. I did have hydrotherapy at the Solihull hospital which I only received 10 sessions for. There has been no reviews or follow ups since.
