Generally good

referred to hospital for endoscopy - the service was very good and taken care off. The only feedback is that they need to communicate details of referrals and appointments through letters. Everything is now digital and this is not accessible for people who do not have access to technology or have difficulty in using technology. I would prefer letters. Go referred to Cardiology department and since referral I have only received one message.
