Low levels of staff and poor communication

There are low levels of staff within the service, including not having an Occupational Therapist for over a year. This has had a negative impact on my child and the support they should be receiving. There is no stability within the service and my child does not get seen or supported by a consistent worker. We have requested an assessment for mental health and this has not been done. I have also received an abusive phone call from a member of staff when I pointed out my concerns about the service. I feel my child has been allowed to reach a point where they are really struggling to cope.
